Prepared. Confident. Ready.
FORTEVA is an Australian preparedness education and consulting company founded on a simple principle: understanding your options before and during a threatening situation helps reduce uncertainty and supports clearer decisions under pressure.
FORTEVA helps people and organisations prepare for challenging or threatening situations, including domestic and family violence, home invasion and personal-safety concerns.
Our programs are tailored to each client’s circumstances and designed to strengthen preparedness, confidence and decision-making at home, at work and in the community.
FORTEVA provides education and guidance and does not replace police, emergency services or specialist support providers.
Preparedness services for real-world confidence
Choose a focused assessment, family learning program or guided extension, with every engagement shaped by consent, suitability and your circumstances.
Domestic and Family Violence Preparedness
FORTEVA provides confidential, personalised preparedness training for people affected by domestic and family violence and the organisations supporting them.
Our programs are designed to help participants recognise and consider practical options suited to their individual circumstances. Services are delivered with privacy, dignity and personal choice at the forefront.
FORTEVA works alongside existing support services and does not replace specialist DFV services, police or emergency assistance.
For agency partnerships, funded programs or private enquiries, contact FORTEVA for a confidential discussion.

How FORTEVA Works: Prepared. Confident. Ready.
Understand
We begin with a calm introductory conversation to understand your circumstances, priorities, access needs and existing arrangements. Together, we decide whether FORTEVA is the right fit.
Assess
At an agreed time and location, we conduct a structured preparedness consultation tailored to your people, environment, circumstances and individual support needs. The information gathered helps us develop practical, personalised guidance for you.
Plan and Practice
You receive a personalised Preparedness and Guidance Plan, maps and prioritised actions. Families can add children’s safety games, while guided walk-throughs are optional, consent-based and carefully managed.
Connect and Review
We present the completed plan, answer questions and discuss next steps. Where appropriate, FORTEVA works discreetly with government and referral partners through agreed safe-contact processes.
